Privacy Policy

Email and authentication credentials (on sign-up/sign-in); an internal User ID (your account identifier); Device ID / push token (to deliver signal and news notifications via the operating system's push notification service). We do NOT collect location, contacts, photos, or biometric data.

All of the above serves product functionality only: account authentication, storing your preferences (watched tickers, price alerts), and sending push notifications for signals/news you subscribed to. We do NOT use this data to track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell data to third parties for advertising.

Data is stored on AWS infrastructure (Singapore). Push tokens are shared with the operating system's push notification provider solely to deliver notifications — a technical requirement for push to work, not a share for any other purpose. We do not share your email or User ID with any other third party, except as described in the Brain Copilot section below.

The mobile app stores your session token directly on-device (not synced to any third-party service). Deleting the app removes all session data from the device.

When you use Brain Copilot (Ask Brain / War Room), your question and related asset/market data are sent to third-party AI model providers (Groq, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, SambaNova, OpenAI) to generate the answer. We do NOT send your email or any other personally identifying information to these providers. Before first use, you must confirm consent to this sharing; you can review that consent notice in the app at any time.

You may request to view, correct, or permanently delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Push notifications can be disabled directly in the app's Settings or your device's system Settings.

The Brain is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page; please check back periodically.
